Postage

All items are closely inspected prior to dispatch and are sent by Royal Mail 1st class – signed for (UK mainland), we aim to dispatch your products within 3 days of order.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, providing the items are in their original saleable condition, unworn and has not been washed. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost, we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your own protection.

Washing

With proper care your Alpaca garment will give you many years of soft warm enjoyment. Hand wash and rinse at 30° using a liquid detergent specifically designed for delicates. Temperature change between wash and rinse is the most common cause of shrinkage, do not wring, and just gently squeeze to remove excess water, reshape and dry flat.
